Sweet hearts for the children of Good-Hope-Centre

The 300 lebkuchen hearts will be donated to the children, when the orphanage and the affiliated school is officially opened on thursday, the 17th May in Ngorika.

The sweet hearts are produced and donated by Peter Knaust in his factory and are already on their way to Tanzania, due to the support of the Condor Airline free of charge. Emmanuelle Perrault from UMETA was responsible for the execution of the transport.

On the 17th May the ambitious aim is achieved: The orphanage of the "Good-Hope-Centre" for up to 104 children and the primary school, erected by the partner organization "Vrienden van Tanzania" will be officially dedicated. The organizers are looking forward to welcoming 500 guests, thereof 270 pupils, their parents and lokal prominents.

Peter and Annette Schulte as well as the vize member of board Frank Maser and Stefanie de Buhr are of course joining the opening ceremony, accompanied by friends and supporters of the association.

The members of the association "Good-Hope-Centre" are very very proud of what they have achieved in the last 2 years. All that could only be done due to the great support of so many people.

It is evident that this support continues, in order to make sure that the children will have a future.

To back up this future, a secondary school at the same place is in planning stage.
